What it costs to own
the system, instead
of renting one.

No seats. No trial. No per-user anything. A paid read of how your company runs, a build of the system underneath it, and someone to operate it after.

The Read

Two weeks. We learn how the company actually runs.

$7,500
credited in full against a build

Where the estimate really lives, what breaks at buyout, which question the record cannot answer today. It ends in a written map of your operation and what it would take to put a system under it.

  • Sit with the estimator, the PM and the super
  • Trace one live job end to end, bid to billing
  • A written map you keep whether or not we build
The engagement

The Build

Your operating system, on your domain, under your letterhead.

$65,000
starting, priced by which desks turn on

Not our software with your logo on it. Your subcontractors get purchase orders from your address, on your paper, signed at your web address. Nobody they deal with learns our name.

  • Estimating, buyout, purchasing, compliance
  • Submittals, RFIs, AIA billing, WIP, field
  • Your brand end to end: domain, letterhead, palette, letters
  • Your data, exportable, on a database you can be handed

Care

Somebody operates it. That somebody is not your PM.

per month, ongoing

New registers as the company grows, statutes when they change, the quarter’s schedule of values, and a person who answers when a purchase order will not send at 4pm on a Friday.

  • New desks and reports as you need them
  • Compliance deadlines kept against current law
  • A named person, not a ticket queue

The comparison that matters

Why there is no free trial

Because there is nothing to try. This is not a product you sign into and evaluate; it is your company’s operation, written down and made to run. The Read exists for exactly the reason a trial would — a small, paid, low-risk way to find out whether we are right for each other — and you keep the map either way.

Why nobody is charged per seat

A subcontractor signs a purchase order without an account. An architect stamps a submittal without an account. A superintendent looks up a scope without an account. Charging for those people would mean building the product so they need logins, and that is the product we are deliberately not building.
