The Read.
Two weeks inside your company, and a written map of how it actually runs. $7,500, credited in full against a build. You keep the map either way.
What happens
Two weeks, four moves.
We sit with the people who do the work
Your estimator, your PM, your superintendent. Not a workshop — we watch how a bid actually gets built, where the numbers really live, and which spreadsheet is load-bearing.
We trace one live job end to end
Bid through buyout, purchasing, submittals, billing. We follow one real job all the way through and write down every place the record goes quiet or somebody has to remember something.
We map it and price it
What you have, what is missing, what it would cost to put a system under it, and — honestly — whether you need one at all. Some companies do not yet. We say so.
You get the map
A written document of how your company actually runs and what we would build. It is yours whether or not you go further, and it is useful even if you hand it to somebody else.
Who runs it
Mark Riley. Every one of them.
The Read is run by the founder of the studio that built this, not handed to a sales engineer. Mark sits with your estimator, your PM and your super in person, writes the map, and is the person on the other end of the phone if a build follows.
This is for you if
This is not for you if
We would rather lose the call than take the money. If you are in the right column, tell us anyway and we will point you at something that fits better.
Request it
Tell us about the company.
Enough to know whether we can help. We come back with a conversation, not a quote form.
